Suyin Monet

Suyin Monet brings a unique perspective to her role as SM-Global’s Human Resources manager. With 5 years of experience in HR and a background in daycare education, Suyin’s journey is all about connection, problem-solving, and development. Having worked closely with children and parents, she learned the value of understanding needs and making a difference—skills that naturally transferred to her HR role.

Born and raised in Montreal, Suyin takes pride in fostering growth and development within the SM-Global team. She loves making a meaningful impact on individuals’ lives and helping them reach their full potential. Outside of work, she’s an avid cyclist, a fan of card and board games, and cherishes quality time with friends.

Fun fact: Suyin was once a professional dancer, which allowed her to travel the world! Her life motto? “Risk is better than regret.”
